[b]In-Game Name: Griffith[/b] [b]Discord Name: 【Ｊｏｒｄｉ】#8337[/b] [b]Steam ID: [/b]Steam ID: 76561198312830633 [b]Time Zone: EST[/b] [b]What position are you applying for?[/b] : Yoda [b]What regiments are you currently apart of?: Jedi Order[/b] [b]How many hours do you have on Garry's Mod?: 161 Hours[/b]  [b]How many hours do you have on the server?: 1 hour (Staff Director said I could apply).[/b] [b]Do you have any previous experience in a position like this?: Yes I have served as Anakin Skywalker in Icefuse and Yoda in 2 low player communities, I've also held the title of Emperor Palpatine and Vader in other servers.  [/b] [b]Why do you think you deserve this position: I think I deserve this position because I feel as if I can make the Jedi Order more accurate to lore, By adding things that make it seem like a genuine Jedi order and make people actually earn their ranks within the order and become knowledgable on the orders teachings and philosophy rather than just ''reciting the jedi code'' or, ''What are the Jedi 7 Jedi Forms'' and more onto the lore and technical side of the order. I also feel as if I deserve the position because of my experience and maturity when it comes to holding a role such as this, Along with myself mostly being a Jedi in Icefuse rather than a Clone Trooper.[/b] [b]What will you do in this position?: What I will do with this position is bring more Order, Stability and Structure to the Jedi Order by implementing a ranking system and padawan/master system to bring more realism into the order. This will consist of Youngling Trials and even the gathering trial (Granted a Jedi Cave is provided). This ranking system will consist of 3 Sections of the Youngling ranks: Youngling I - Youngling I Consists of learning the basics of the Jedi Order such as the code and history of the jedi order along with a certain amount of Lore and Tutoring sessions in order to gain more knowledge and insight into the lore.  Youngling II - Youngling II will consist of Sparring Sessions and Force Ability lectures. This is to make the Youngling get more comfortable using lightsabers and getting used to the swordsmenship. This will also require a certain amount of tutoring sessions to attend in order to get a rank up to Youngling III. Youngling III - Youngling 3 is a combination of Youngling I and Youngling II teachings in order to prepare the youngling for the gathering and final exam to graduate to the rank of Padawan. This will require the Padawan to have learned what he was taught at the 2 earlier stages and show that skill and knowledge in the exam that is followed to be picked for Padawan. (He/She must also be taken by a master). [/b].
